The Executives' Association of the San Fernando Valley (EASFV), founded in 1978, is part of an international business networking association (www.ieaweb.com), which was formed in San Francisco in 1916 and currently exists in more than 100 cities across four continents. Members' mutual trust evolves naturally from our weekly meetings and working with each other. We accept only those members who exhibit the highest level of integrity and business ethics within the organization and community. Recommendations of members' products and services are done with confidence. The EASFV exchanges well over 5,000 leads and referrals yearly, resulting in several million dollars in business annually. It is, therefore, not surprising that over half of the member firms have been with the EASFV for over a decade. Committed Staff The EASFV is a non-profit corporation that employs a full-time professional executive director to administer the group. A board of directors is made up of association members who volunteer their time, and is elected to see that the EASFV runs smoothly, providing an atmosphere for personal and business relationships to develop and prosper. Who We Are Membership in the EASFV is by invitation only. We maintain the high quality of the organization by carefully considering the businesses who join the ranks of the EASFV. When the EASFV extends an invitation to join, it is because we believe both the prospective new member and the association will benefit. One Per Category One reason the EASFV works so well is that we vigorously protect each other's business category. With only one member per category, your fellow members will actively seek referrals and leads for your business. Let's Do Breakfast The core of your EASFV membership will be the weekly breakfast meetings. More business is transacted in 90 minutes than you could ever imagine! Structured into each weekly breakfast meeting are: self-introductions, exchange of ideas, individual craft talks, business development round tables, and much more. It's quick, it's fun, and it's effective! The EASFV As Your Sales Team Being an EASFV member is truly a team effort! Your team consists of scores of members acting as your sales team. When EASFV members do business with each other, we learn first hand the high quality and integrity our members embody ... this creates the confidence to refer business with enthusiasm. Host An Open House Occasionally, EASFV members host open houses so other members can learn even more about their businesses. These after-work social gatherings not only help the host businesses gain more leads, but offer a more relaxed social setting for enhancement of personal friendships and business relationships. Throughout the year there are other events that will increase your EASFV success. The Icing On The Cake Another plus: gaining a roomful of men and women you can turn to for business advice.
